So I’ve gained 13 pounds since my boyfriend and I have been together. He’s a really great cook which at first I thought was a plus. But now I realize the downside. So I’ve had to find a way to loose wieght. I thought I would share some of my secrets.

So first of all I have a goal. 13 pounds.

Second I have a calorie goal for the day. 1000 – 1500 a day

And third I have to find ways to not be hungry so I won’t over eat. This is the biggest part of the diet. I have found a great product!!!

Kellogg’s™ Special K2O™ Protein Water Mix Pink Lemonade

It makes the hunger go away inbetween meals. And even during my meals I’m still not as hungry so I don’t over eat. I drink about 3 of them a day.

So far I’ve lost 2 pounds in over a week.

I’ll keep you updated on other diet tricks I use that work.
